Robert Cole has been a licensed Real Estate Broker with Arnold Peck’s Commercial World since 1987. In addition, he has owned and operated Minute Man Management and is personally responsible for the management of 39,000 sq ft. of office and 84,000 sq ft of commercial space, and many net lease properties. Prior to his real estate career he owned and managed multi retail operations throughout the State of Connecticut.

Robert divides his time between West Haven, CT and Boca Raton, FL and specializes in the sale of investment and net leased properties throughout the country. He was graduated from University of CT in 1957 and, has been married to his wife Ann for 49 years. They have three children and five grandchildren.

When he is not working on his many faceted transactions he finds time to play competitive golf and he relaxes by painting.
