Mark has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry specializing in Sales, Leasing and Consulting of Commercial & Industrial Properties. His knowledge and expertise in zoning  allows him to serve his clients in a multitude of ways including the local and state government approval process for various types of land use and building uses.

He brings to Arnold Peck’s Commercial World a wealth of in-depth knowledge of construction that allows his clients additional opportunities when constructing or managing real estate projects. Mark’s vast experience in Seller and Landlord representation, Buyer and Tenant brokerage, including consulting, site selection, and build-to-suit construction, together with his strong negotiation skills has given he and his clients great success year after year.

Mark is a member of The Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Connecticut Economic Resource Center and National Association of Realtors. Member of the Real Estate Cyber Space Society, Served as Commissioner for almost 15 years on the Zoning Board of Appeals City of West Haven, Served on the Fireworks committee for 5 years raising money to fund the annual 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza. He is an avid snowmobiler and has been touring the North East and the Province of Quebec for the last thirty five years.
