Joan Miller, Broker, Vice President, GRI, ABR, PSCS and a member of ICSC, has had an active, rewarding career in commercial real estate and is celebrating 31 years as a realtor . A past director of CAR, Joan has been appointed to serve on the Professional Standards Committee of CAR for 2007.

A consistent award-winning producer, Joan was the recipient of the 2004 Business Sale with Property award by the New Haven CID group. She was the listing and selling broker in a 3-year successful effort to bring TARGET to Orange. She is well versed in business brokerage as well as retail leasing and investment properties.

An Accredited Buyers Representative prepares her to give clients the best individual service. Joan is an alumna of Quinnipiac College, has held an appraiser license and has an extensive background in commercial brokerage.

A life member of the Auxiliary of the Hospital of St Raphael, she has served as a past director is affiliated with the prestigious Men’s Golf Classic for 24 years. An avid golfer, she has chaired other charity golf tournaments and is a member of Oronoque Country Club in Stratford.
